The Roseville Historical Society
The Roseville Historical Society was founded in 1977. The office and museum are located in the lower level of the Roseville city hall. The lead vehicle is a 2008 yellow Pontiac “Roadster” owned and driven by Wayne Griesel. Riding with him is Alyssa Kroschel, President of the Roseville Historical Society. The second vehicle is a pickup owned and driven by Jonn Pillen. Riding in the truck are members of the Society. The third entry is a tractor owned and driven Eric Gunard. Market gardening and dairy farms were the main occupations of early settlers. The Roseville Historical Society Hours are Monday and Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and other times by appointment. Miss Minnesota
The Miss Minnesota Scholarship Organization is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which awards educational scholarships to outstanding young women to help them academically and professionally. The Miss Minnesota Scholarship Organization is an official preliminary of the Miss America Competition, the nation's leading achievement program and the world's largest provider of scholarship assistance to young women.
Miss Minnesota has the opportunity to represent our state at Miss America. Wearing the Miss Minnesota crown, allows a young woman access to mentors in her field. It is a year of opportunity for many young women who find doors open that they may have never imagined. It is a chance to use her talents and passions to do something important for their communities and bring meaning to their lives. So far three Miss Minnesotas went on to be crowned Miss America!
The 2023 Miss Minnesota will be crowned on Friday, June 23rd. The Rose Parade will be her first parade appearance!
