It's Tapping Time at Harriet Alexander Nature Center!

Come along as volunteers tap maple trees, collect sap and boil it to make delicious maple syrup. Learn about traditional syruping methods, listen to Native American stories, and taste maple treats. Volunteers are on hand collecting and cooking the sap and explaining the whole process. We are in need of volunteers throughout the festival to assist with kids activities and in the kitchen. Most activities will be outside.
