Roseville Rental and Event Spaces

COVID-19 Update: Roseville rental facilities are currently available on a limited basis and subject to restrictions on group size and activity type. Contact each facility's supervisor for more information on current restrictions. 

The City of Roseville reserves the right to cancel any rentals without notice due to changes in the COVID-19 situation. 
Looking to book a meeting room, host a reception, or celebrate a wedding in Saint Paul or Minneapolis area? Roseville Parks and Recreation has a variety of rental spaces available to meet your needs. Follow the links below for more information on each facility. Please note that if you are a registered Roseville Community or Neighborhood Group, you may be eligible for a non-fee rental.
Cedarholm Golf Course Community Building
Cedarholm Golf Course and Community Building - Cedarholm Community Building opened in late June 2018 and started private rentals in July. This newly constructed facility is perfect for your next event with a seating capacity of 120 with tables and chairs setup.
Foundation Shelter
Central Park Picnic Shelters - The City of Roseville offers four open air picnic shelters located in Central Park.

These shelters are available from April 15-October 15, the largest facility can accommodate up to 200 people.
Meeting at HANC
Harriet Alexander Nature Center (HANC) - newly-remodeled interior with a combined capacity of 120 guests (on two separate levels).

Limited availability for private rentals during times the building is open to the public, Tuesday-Sunday.
Arboretum wedding
Muriel Sahlin Arboretum - Offers a beautiful, outdoor setting, giving you the ability to create the ceremony of your dreams. The Arboretum has space to seat up to 300 guests.

Venue available June - October 15.
Autumn Grove Summer
Park Buildings - Six newly-built buildings offer gathering spaces year round for up to 70 people. Buildings are located in Autumn Grove, Lexington, Oasis, Rosebrook, Sandcastle and Villa Parks.
Banquet room
The Skating Center & Banquet Hall - The Oval has room to accommodate groups of 30 to 300. Fantastic views overlooking the Guidant John Rose MN OVAL.
