Agendas are typically posted on the website on the Friday before the Monday meeting. Printed copies are available at the meeting itself. Members of the public who wish to speak to an agenda item may do so, upon the recognition of the mayor.
There is a public comment period for items not on the agenda at the beginning of most meetings. Additional information about Public Comment is Rule 3 of the Council's Rules of Procedure.
Council packets, which are documents supplied to the council members before the meeting, are typically posted on the website on the Friday before the Monday meeting.
Minutes of the meetings are recorded and reviewed at the following council meeting. Once approved, the minutes are posted on the website. Following each meeting a summary of council actions is posted on the website.
