Receipt & Opening of Proposals
Proposals for the work described below will only be accepted electronically through QuestCDN for a $25 fee as described in the project proposal documents. Proposals must be complete and submitted by the dates and times listed below to be considered for evaluation and award. Proposers’ names only will be made public within 24 hours after the opening.
Description of Work & Proposal Due Dates
The work generally includes the following:
The work described above includes numerous related items of work, all in accordance
with the plans and specifications.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 28, 2014 in the Council Chambers at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This meeting is mandatory for any respondents that did not attend pre-proposal meetings held on September 19, 2013 or November 14, 2013.
Remaining Proposal Packages; ‘B’ (Roseville Skating Center repairs), ‘C’ (Harriet Alexander Nature Center building improvements), and ‘K’ (sidewalks and pathways) will be available beginning on February 18, 2014. An optional pre-proposal meeting will be conducted on February 25, 2014 for these projects from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive.
Completion of Work
The anticipated work completion time frames are expected to vary for each particular work package. In general, each work package shall be completed in the most expeditious manner possible prior to the anticipated Roseville Parks and Recreation Renewal Program completion
date of June 15, 2016. Please refer to each work package’s specific Request for Proposal for particular work completion time frames.
Addenda And Proposal Tabulations
Addenda and proposer lists will be made available online.
To Obtain Proposal Documents
Complete digital proposal documents will be available by 4 p.m. January 21, 2014. Digital proposal documents for each Proposal Package may be downloaded for $10.00 by entering individual eBidDoc numbers found in the chart above on the website’s Project Search page. Please contact QuestCDN.com at 952-233-1632 or for assistance in free membership registration, downloading, and working with this digital project information.
Proposers are encouraged to register with QuestCDN to ensure complete and timely delivery of addenda, clarifications, and other updates to proposal information. Addenda, clarifications, and other updates to proposal information will only be provided through QuestCDN. The City of Roseville does not assume responsibility for communicating this information to any project proposer that is not registered through QuestCDN.
A hard copy of project documents, including any addenda, clarifications, and other updates to proposal information, will be available for review only at the City of Roseville Parks and Recreation Department; please call 651-792-7006 to schedule a time to review the documents.

The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award contracts in the best interests of the city.
