A Good, Safe Place to Live

Finding safe, affordable rental housing can be a challenge for new arrivals to Minnesota, especially for immigrants and refugees dealing with language and cultural barriers. To help new Minnesotans understand their rights and responsibilities when renting a house, a video “A Good, Safe Place to Live” was produced in five languages by the City of Roseville, Twin Cities PBS (TPT), Echo Minnesota, and several other government agencies and non-profits. View the video: English, Español (Spanish), Lus Hmoob (Hmong), Soomaali (Somali), and Karen.
