City of Roseville requires that non-owner occupied single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, duplexes, twinhomes, triplexes, and fourplexes rented for stays of 30 days or less be licensed annually by the City. To apply for the Short Term Rental License Program, please complete the license application online via the Roseville ePermits portal. Creation of a user account on the ePermits portal is strongly recommended for applying for new short-term rental licenses and renewing existing licenses annually.
