Leaf Recycling Center

**The Leaf Recycling Center is closed for the season to drive-up traffic**
**The walk-through gate for leaf disposal is open year-round**

The City of Roseville maintains a leaf recycling center on the east side of Dale Street, just south of County
Road C.  Roseville residents may drop off leaves at the recycling center.

Rules and Regulations

Bags must be emptied and taken away, including biodegradable bags, as the compost piles don’t get hot enough to break them down.

Only leaves are accepted at this site. Per city Code, no dumping allowed.
Any person violating any provision of the city Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000, or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both, or any different amounts adopted by statute. In either case the costs of prosecution may be added [1]. (Ord. 1067, 9-25-89; amd. 1995 Code)

Grass clippings, other yard waste and brush can be taken to a free Ramsey County Yard Waste Compost site.
