Sarah was promoted to Roseville Police Services Manager in 2012. Some of her current responsibilities include overseeing the front office / records unit, coordinating department hiring processes, managing the budget, and researching, writing and maintaining grants.

Sarah joined the Department in 2008 as the Community Relations Coordinator/ Crime Analyst. She developed community outreach initiatives and crime prevention programs, obtaining advanced certification in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). Additionally, Sarah recruited, trained and supervised department volunteers and served as a Board Member of the Minnesota Crime Prevention Association.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Studio Art and Biology with a concentration in Women's Studies, from St. Olaf College.
