[ARCHIVED] Roseville Welcome New Americans

Join us as we welcome our newest Americans. Roseville will host a Naturalization Ceremony in April.

The Roseville Human Rights Commission, working with the U.S. District Court of Minnesota, is hosting a naturalization ceremony on Wednesday, April 16, at 3:30 p.m. at the Roseville Skating Center, 2661 Civic Center Drive. Approximately 50 people will take their oath of citizenship in the ceremony, and the community is invited to witness this exciting occasion.

Becoming a U.S. citizen is a difficult process. Applicants must meet specific criteria including at least 18 at the time of filing; continuous residence in the U.S. as a green card holder for at least 5 years before filing the application; ability to read, write, and speak English; and knowledge and understanding of U.S. history and government, among other criteria.
