Roseville residents will receive new recycling carts in June.

The City of Roseville has switched its recycling hauler to Waste Management after a competitive bidding process. That will officially start on July 1, 2025. Waste Management was the low bidder and provided the best value for the city and its residents.
New black carts with blue lids, owned by the City of Roseville, will be deployed in phases this June. Eureka Recycling will pick up the current blue carts around the same time.
