Some residents ask if they have a load of junk and another item on the list such as a TV, will they be charged for both? The answer is yes. TVs and other items specifically mentioned on the list require special handling. If you have only a named item, such as a TV, you will only be charged for the named item.

The Clean Up Day is a once-a-year event, but what can you do with stuff the rest of the year? If it’s in good shape you can give it to friends, relatives or a charity such as Bridging or Goodwill. Call 651-633-3279 for details. If you have new, surplus and like-new building materials, bring them to the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity ReStore at 510 County Road D West, New Brighton, MN 55112.
