You’ll get an opportunity for hands-on learning about water quality, wildlife and ecological features of the beautiful watershed.
Join us on Saturday, May 3, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Phalen Lake Park, St. Paul, to celebrate the outdoors and enjoy one of the lakes that make our area a great place to live. Make the connection between activities in our neighborhoods and the health of local lakes, streams and wetlands. The day of fun includes:
• Guided walk highlighting the lake’s history
• Waterfall Dedication Ceremony at 11:00 a.m.
• Voyageur canoe and solar pontoon ride
• Street sweeper, snowplow and storm drain stenciling demonstration
• Geocache Discovery Hunt
• Open mike with emcee Tou Ger Xiong
