Helping caregivers plan for the future while being mindful of their own needs in the present is the topic of the next Roseville Community Health Awareness Team (CHAT) community presentation.
Caring for the Caregiver will take place at the Roseville Library, 2180 North Hamline Ave., from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22.
The discussion will feature elder law attorney Brenna Galvin, who will cover long-term care choices and costs, building a support team to help keep the caregiver going, and the importance of remembering to take care of yourself as well as your loved one.
Galvin is an attorney at Maser, Amundson, Boggio in Richfield, where she specializes in long-term care planning, veterans benefits, Medical Assistance, and estate and disability planning.
