Kids, want to try something new during Fall Break? Join us at Harriet Alexander Nature Center (HANC) October 15-16 for Mixture Madness Camp, especially for kids in grades 1 to 6. Get your hands sticky and stuck.
Try out recipes for slime, Oobleck, playdough, beading clay and other gooey delights, and bring home samples and recipes for each mixture. In between all the mixture madness, we’ll hike the nature center trails.
Morning only or full day camps are available each day. The fun begins at 8:30 a.m. at Harriet Alexander Nature Center, 2520 Dale St. N., with pick up at 12:30 for the morning program or pick up at 4:30 for the full day program.
Cost for the full day is $94 and half day is $69. Snacks will be provided. Full day participants should bring lunch and a water bottle.
Dress for the weather – rain jacket, indoor and outdoor shoes and insect repellent. Space is limited. Call 651-792-7110 to register.
The camp will meet Minnesota Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control guidelines to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
