The temperature is dropping, and it’s time to let Roseville residents know about the Neighborhood Energy Connection (NEC) deferred, forgivable energy efficiency loans. Thanks to funding from Ramsey County, NEC is offering an energy saving program.
The Energy Conservation Deferred Loan provides is available to qualified Ramsey County residents and provides up to $6,500 in forgivable financing for energy improvements, including new furnaces, boilers, and insulation. Eligible upgrades will be identified in a home energy audit. Loans are forgiven if the homeowner stays in their home for 10 additional years.
The loan program is income based. It is available to homeowners whose homes were built before 1995 and the home market value is less than $251,750. The homeowner’s household assets must be under $50,000, excluding the value of your home, autos, and retirement fund.

8 people - $91,520
