Beware of thin ice. Roseville Police remind you to be cautious around lakes at all times. Please watch for postings because lakes may have thin ice areas, especially where springs or aeration systems keep the water moving.
Do not walk, skate or ski on any lakes or ponds that are posted with thin ice signs, and do not let your pets walk on the ice either. Icehouses and motorized vehicles (including snowmobiles) are not allowed on any of Roseville’s lakes or ponds.
Play it safe; make sure there is at least four inches of clear ice before walking, skiing or ice fishing on any lake or pond.
