Will your health care decisions be followed if you are unable to communicate because of a medical emergency? Roseville’s Community Health Awareness Team (CHAT) invites you to learn about Advanced Care Planning (ACP) this Saturday.
CHAT is co-sponsoring an ACP seminar that will teach attendees how to make sure they have a voice in their future health care decisions, even when they can’t speak for themselves.
The seminar will take place on Saturday, April 16 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Centennial United Methodist Church, 1524 W. County Road C2.
The free seminar will feature a panel discussion followed by small group breakout sessions with ACP facilitators. The small-group sessions will help individuals consider and record their choices for future health care decisions should they become unable to do so.
