Motorists, plan ahead for the evening of the Rose Parade. Certain roads along the parade route will be closed on Monday, June 27 beginning at 5:00 p.m. and parade planners are encouraging motorists to take alternate routes to avoid congestion.
County Road B2 between Hamline and Lexington Ave will close from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
County Road C between Hamline and Lexington Ave; Lexington Ave from County Road B2 to Woodhill; and Woodhill Drive to Civic Center Drive will close from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m.
Parade volunteers and Roseville Police will be on hand to direct traffic.
The Rose Parade is one of the biggest in the Twin Cities. It begins at 6:15 p.m. on County Road B2 near Roseville Area High School.
