Ramsey County and the City of Roseville invite you to an open house on Thursday, December 1 to discuss two road resurfacing projects that will be completed in 2017. The projects involve work on Cleveland Ave and County Road B.
The open house will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. Ramsey County staff will be available to discuss the projects and to answer any questions.
The work on Cleveland Ave will be between Iona Lane and Glenpaul Ave and work on County Road B will be between Sandhurst Drive and Albemarle Court.
The Cleveland Ave. resurfacing project will provide a new, smooth driving surface, pedestrian curb ramp replacement, catch basin repair, and curb and gutter repair. The work will include changing four lanes of traffic to three lanes: a center turn lane and one travel lane in each direction with bike lanes in each direction.
The County Road B resurfacing project will provide a new, smooth driving surface, pedestrian curb ramp replacement and catch basin repair. The work will include restriping the road to add designated bike lanes. Parking will remain in place where it is currently available.
Both streets will remain open to local traffic during the project. Short-term lane closures or detours may affect traffic, and driveway access may be limited for short periods during paving.
