The City of Roseville invites the community to review concept design plans to replace the Cedarholm Golf Course Clubhouse on Thursday, February 23 at 6:30 p.m. at the Autumn Grove Park Building, 1365 Lydia Ave. W.
In 2016, the City Council established an advisory team to consider the feasibility of building a new clubhouse. The advisory team met for six months to study the issue. They recommended the city invest in a new clubhouse and identified several design concepts and options. Those recommendations were included in the advisory team final report that is available at www.cityofroseville.com/clubhouse.
In January 2017, the City Council received the report and approved an agreement with Hagen, Christensen & McIlwain Architects (HCM) to begin the design process for the Cedarholm Clubhouse Replacement Project. HCM is the same architectural firm that designed Roseville’s community park buildings.
Community members are encouraged to attend and provide feedback on the proposed design concepts.
