Join the City of Roseville to hear Donatus Gadiye, Senior Elephant Researcher at Tanzania’s Ngorongoro Crater, speak about elephant conservation and research in Africa on Friday, March 31.
Gadiye is the Coordinator for monitoring Elephants within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA). His talk and slideshow presentation will be held at Harriet Alexander Nature Center, 2520 North Dale St. from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
The NCA is a protected area in the Crater Highlands area of Tanzania. It is believed to have the highest density of wildlife in Africa. The conservation area is administered by the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority, an arm of the Tanzanian government.
