The Roseville Community Fund invites eligible, non-profit organizations to apply for up to $2,500 in grant money. This quarter’s applications are due by December 1.
The Community Fund is financed by Roseville’s share of profits from businesses that operate charitable gambling in the city.
Programs or activities that are eligible include:
- Certified charitable organization.
- Recognized program to benefit individuals or families suffering from poverty, homelessness, or physical or mental disability.
- Scholarship fund to defray cost of education to individuals.
- Activities that recognize humanitarian or military service.
- Recreational, community and athletic facilities and activities that do not discriminate on basis of gender and intended primarily for people under 21 years of age.
- Non-sectarian religious purposes to a non-profit organization, church or group gathered in a common membership for mutual support.
