Enroll your child in a safety awareness and self-defense class and your child will benefit from the skills learned for years to come. The next safety awareness and self-defense class begins on February 7.
Anyone, five years and older, is invited to take this class. Participants will improve concentration, increase strength and balance and enhance coordination.
Classes meet at Central Park School, 535 County Road B-2, on Thursday evenings February 7 through March 28. Participants are placed in classes based on age and skill, and they learn self-discipline and defense rather than aggression.
Cost for the eight-week session is $56 regular or $48 for Roseville residents. Call 651-792-7110 to get information about class times and to register, or click the online registration link at www.cityofroseville.com/parks.
