The Roseville Parks and Recreation Commission will review options and consider recommendations to control the deer population at its March 3 meeting. The Commission has been studying the issue and collecting input from residents.
Over the past several years, the City has received an increasing number of complaints about deer congregating in certain neighborhoods, destroying landscaping and causing traffic problems. They plan to make recommendations to the City Council with options to control the deer population.
The next Parks and Recreation Commission meeting is on Tuesday, March 3 at 6:30 p.m. at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Dr. Meetings are open to the public. They are available online at www.cityofroseville.com/webstreaming and televised on Cable Channel 16.
