Help make an impact on Roseville parks and natural resources. On March 21, we want volunteers to help broadcast seeds for native grasses and flowers and gather and stack previously cut brush and buckthorn at Reservoir Woods Park.
This volunteer opportunity is a chance to join our Natural Resources Restoration efforts to improve city parks.
It is part of a three-year natural resources renewal project and includes prairie/savanna, wetland, and shoreline restoration and management. Each month through July, Roseville will host a volunteer opportunity at one of the local parks. It will include an educational component and status update of the overall natural resource restoration efforts. Please contact Volunteer Coordinator Kelly O’Brien for information about joining these community building events. Thanks for your help creating lasting environmental impacts in our parks.
